We reordered this product since the right product was ordered but the wrong product was sent the first time, and we received the same great speed in service as the first time AND the correct product. Would do business again with this company!

Great design and function. Purchased two one black one dove. The dove came with the zipper damaged. The black was faulty in under a week.

I bought this item as a gift for my boyfriend, after I had received the grey and purple version from my folks for my birthday. We both love these bags! I have a 13" Macbook and he has a 15" Macbook Pro, they both fit very nicely in the back padded section of this case. Mine has a little more room than his obviously, but I don't feel the need for a sleeve to make it fit more snug. The additional bag included for cords is very handy, even though it only holds the cords for my computer, and the cords for my portable printer can't fit alongside them in the small bag. There are plenty of pockets and while neither of us has used the opening for you to run your iPod headphone cord through, it does seem handy for someone who would like to do so. The shoulder strap works great and is very sturdy and comfortable. I recently went on a trip to Hawaii from Louisiana and the strap never dug into my shoulder or became irritating throughout the travel process. The pocket on the back of the case doubles nicely as a a convenient place to stuff your shoulder strap into, should you choose to carry the case by the handle. Overall a great purchase, so nice we bought it twice!
