  As everyone else has stated, this is a larger than normal bag. I was iffy on getting this, but I really liked the design, so I impulsively bought it, and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. The bag is big, but honestly it isn't that much bigger than any other computer bag. The only difference is while most other computer backpacks expand off your back like a hump, this is just a little longer, so you don't look like a strange bug with a growth. My 15.4" laptop fits perfectly and happily inside the laptop sleeve. The bag is sturdy, so I don't worry at all about my laptop getting hurt. There are 5 zippered compartments in all. 1- the main large one that will magically fit pretty much anything you need, whether it be a small book or a spaceship. Seriously, I haven't NOT been able to fit everything. 2- the front pocket. 3. Just under the top flap, which is perfect for miscellaneous cords, or pencils, etc. 4. A zipper within the main compartment, perfect for note cards, pencils, or smaller electronics such as music players, cell phones, etc. 5- a slightly hidden one on the left (out)side of the bag. I haven't found anything to put in it because all my stuff fits in the other pockets, but it's a good-size. The straps are padded, and comfortable. It is very easy to find everything you need because the lining of the bag is a nifty pattern that offsets your things so you're not digging in an endless pit of darkness to find that one elusive thing that, of course, fell to the very bottom.
  If you're even THINKING about liking this bag, get it. You will love it.

• Cool backpack

  That's a cool backpack. Seems very strong and protects my laptop very good. The backpack is a kinda big but there is too much space inside and a lot of bags for you to never run out of space. I always carry my wireless mouse, my laptop charger, a gamepad, pens and some other stuff and seems that I have a lot of space left on the backpack.

  i actually thought this thing was going to be 15.4" tall. it's enormous. i wanted it to carry around with me on a daily basis, carry my lunch, a book and my laptop, but it actually makes a really great overnight bag. lots of pocket space, nice look to it. a really nice deal for its price.

  This backpack is just right...trendy, functional, and very spacious.
  
  Holds a 15" Laptop with all accessories, and you can throw in books, stationery and a lot of extras with ease.
  
  In fact, this pack is a bit too large...would have given it a 5 if it had been a size smaller. But product quality is superb...very well made.

  Like many of the other reviewers I will mention that this is a big backpack. I originally wasn't sure which pack to get the 15.4 or the 17 inch. Finally I just looked at the measurements and it the difference was only an inch in width and chose the 15.4. I started by putting my 15" laptop in. Then some notebooks, a couple books, a sweatshirt, my lunch, water bottle, camera, pens, keys, some sodas, and there is still more room. I wasn't sure what to do. So I put in a bike helmet, change of clothes, sneakers. Still more room. I grabbed two handfuls of DVDs, the portable player and all the connection cables, chargers and add ons. Still some room left. Baby elephant didn't fit through the top zipper opening so I moved on to the bowling ball and 9 pins. Finally I just started randomly dropping handfuls of canned goods off the shelf. I got tired and looked at this bag. Now it was a little lumpy. I gave up and took it to work. The straps were easily adjustable and comfortable on one shoulder or both. I would have given it five stars but I was looking for a backpack not a limitless extra-dimensional space.

• Backpack for college!

  Just came back from college, and with some cash in the pocket, what better way to spend it than on a decent backpack for the next year. It was delivered in around 4 days. When i opened it, i wasn't that surprised when i saw the backpack in person(some of the other reviewers keep saying this pack is huge... well i think its perfect!), around the size of my first backpack. Personally,i think this will be a lot more useful for me since it has less pockets and more space, so it can double up as a thing to carry light luggage or clothes to the gym. i have a medium build(175lbs, 5'8) and it fits fine. I got the charcoal colored pack and it looks unique for a backpack and the material feels like the same material on jeans, pretty tough.
  
  So if you want a simple yet, functional and durable backpack

  its built to last you a life time. very durable and strong. laptop books everything fits in. i some time put my grocery things here when it gets to heavy on my hands. i love this bag. the design quality is the best. its a life time guarantee to me.

  I really enjoy this backpack style computer bag! Much less strain on your shoulder than the other kind. There is also room for other books in it as well.

  - lovely bag, if you ask me, it's pretty stylish compared to those boring old brief-case looking laptop bags.
  
  - pretty good quality also, doesn't seem like it will wear out even if i go camping with it.
  
  - like other customers mentioned, this thing is HUGE. hahah, it makes me look like a weirdo when i wear it at school, but hey, at least you don't have to use the locker anymore.

  I received this backpack a couple of weeks ago and I do love it. It is nice looking, my 15" MacBook Pro fits in it perfectly. There are four pockets to hold all of your stuff. The front pocket has a wallet design to hold a couple of credit cards, cash, etc. Every day I pack up a pair of dress shoes, hairspray bottle, MacBook, travel mouse, charger, pair of pants, lunch and a Coach wristlet and there is still a ton of room left. I can't imagine filling this bag up unless you were taking a weekend trip somewhere. I only took off one star because as nice as it is to have all that room if needed, I do feel a little ridiculous carrying this gargantuan pack on my back when I'm walking to work - however, I also bought with the thought of weekend trips in mind. It would be nice if they had made it this size, but collapsable for the times when you don't need so much room. I also had to repair the side zipper right off the bat since it was pulling away from the material. I'm sure that was a fluke, the backpack seems to be very well made and I definitely recommend it.
