  • Unique bag

This messenger bag its huge. I have had bags before, but they felt more corporate, and this one gives me a more individual feel and look.

My one complain is the closing method, its too much of a pain to close it using the lock, so I usually end up just using the velcro, which can lead to a constant clanging noise as your walk (Which can get irritating)

    Pocketing info:

There is a large pocket on the back with a Velcro close, Its large enough for papers, and can fit wider things but they will bulge.

At each end there is a Velcro pocket, fairly deep, and the one at the back is wider (good size for sunglasses)

Under the main flap is space for three pens, an ID badge, and two other pockets. The main compartment is vary large, it is divided into one space for a laptop, with a cloth strap that Velcros in to better hold the laptop, and the rest of the compartment is just as deep and I have used ti to hold upwards of 3-4 big books with out issue (Although they are still heavy :) )

This messenger bag is awesome. I was originally worried that there weren't going to be enough pockets, but there are more than enough. There are three pencil pockets that can hold two medium pens or pencils, there is an ID pocket on the divider between the laptop sleeve and the main pocket, there is a pocket on the back, a zipper pocket in the front, two side pockets that fit the ipod video in a thick silicone case perfectly and three small pockets for other stuff like 3x5 cards. It can carry a three inch binder, a laptop, and two or three other small text books easily. I put five good sized textbooks in it and still had enough room for my laptop in its thick carrying case. One of the most important features for me is the closer: under the pattern side is a small piece of velcro incase you don't want to use the buckle and the buckle is great because it is hard to open while being carried, so no one can pick through your bag. The down side to the buckle is that it is a little hard to get closed sometimes because the metal is just far enough off the fabric to shove the strap through. The bag overall is constructed very well, so if you want a nearly bullet proof canvas bag this is the bag to buy.

  • Great Bag! The Best I've Had!

This bag is great! I have a 17 inch powerbook and I wasn't sure if it would fit, but after reading other reviews I decided to go ahead and try based on reading it would... And it fits very well. I'm a graphic artist so I am also always hauling around sketch books and other supplies and this bag has room for it all! There's a very well padded slide pocket for your laptop with a velcro strap to keep it in place. It has a large base pocket, there is on zipper compartment on the front of the bag along with three smaller pen/pencil/random pockets. It even has a nice velcro pocket on the back. There's a side pocket on either side; great for cell phones and cables/adaptors. The strap and bad itself are very sturdy and well made, plus it looks cool too. And I have to say the bottle opener on the strap made me smile! This IS a large bag, but if that OK by you then this is a must have!

  • Great.... with some minor flaws

I want to give it 4.5 stars, only for the simple reason that only one side has the metal fixture for the strap so I don't know how long this bag will hold up. The build quality seems good, but with the strap only stitched on I have a feeling it'll fall off me like other bags I've owned in the past.

The picture doesn't quite look like the product. It is a bit lighter in the dark gray which is fine.
The bag is extremely comfortable on my shoulders. Very roomy (fits my macbook pro and some textbooks just fine), but it doesn't look much bigger than any other messenger bag I've owned. I constantly get complements on it. The bottle opener is a bit gimmicky and I tried to open something with it once with no success. There are tons of pockets that fit all kinds of things. Honestly it

  • COLOR of bag is actually washed out GREY

BEWARE, the color that you see online here is not the color that you'll be greeted by once u receive this bag lol. Its not very bad looking though, just that the color is more on the faded out side like a greyish color, so its not as dark looking but its still attractive as ppl have completed the bag (as opposed to complementing me).

Besides that its very durable as i carry my heavy arse laptop in it every now and then and it shows no wear nor tear. Also that metal you see on the side (at top) is a bottle opener, pretty cool but i dont drink lol

Oh and it has big compartments inside, the one which is padded is for laptop, and the other is not padded is for books n stuff.

This bag is huge! I wanted something to hold a laptop as well as a DSLR and an extra lens. This bag gets heavy with everything in it but the strap is wide and comfortable. As already stated, the buckle and strap thing is impossible to do one handed and will probably get harder as the strap wears. I have in this bag a 15.4 HP with its power cable, Nikon D5000 and telephoto lens both in sleeves, an external hard drive and power cable, and still have the outside pockets to fill!

  • Great Bag. Plenty of room.

I have an earlier model of this bag. Its essentially the exact same thing but without the additional velcro in the front flap and without the bottle opener thing in the strap. But i love this bag, it's extremely sturdy and well put together. I constantly use it every day, i've take it everywhere and it's help up nicely.

I also love that there's plenty of room for everything in the bag. I keep books, papers and all kinds of electronics/laptop accessories with no problem. I'd be heart broken if mine were to be lost or was broken in some fashion, but i wouldnt hesitate to purchase another as a replacement. I highly recommend this bag.

I got my bag like maybe two or three days after ordering and this thing is HUGE! My mac is only 13in but I also carry around my notebooks and textbooks along with various chargers in the side pockets. I feel like I can smuggle a third-world country in this thing. Definitely recommend for anyone whose a pack-rat like me. lol

I purchased the charcoal version of this bag, its not quite black, a little lighter of a grey than is shown in the product photo. The color and canvas makes the bag look old and slightly worn however all of the hardware is certainly new, I like the look, but some may not. The clasp is very good, never come undone accidentally although its sometimes a pain to close if you're in a hurry.

The bag holds a ton. On an overloaded day this bag will hold:
15.4 inch dell laptop and charger
10 inch viewsonic tablet pc and charger
    various pens/pencils
    extra shirt
    2 Liter soda
and a spiral notebook or two

Even with that, there's still a little space left in the side pockets for some random stuff(soda cans fit well) and in the back section for another spiral or two.

Overall the bag is very sturdy, well made, and carefully designed(I'm very picky about the inside layout of bags and this one suits me perfectly)

This bag is awesome. I know its labeled for a 15.4 inch, but acording to the mesurements, it actually fits my 17inch HP laptop. I had a hard time finding a bag for my laptop since mine is so large, but this one is perfect. it slides right in (norrower side down for better fit) and has plenty of room for books, accessories and lots of pocket space. the padding is good, and the bag seems very durable considering what i put it through. I use this bag both for school and work, and had it loaded fully with cords, mouse, 4 class books, sketchbooks and art suppplies and my photography equipment, and still had some room to spare! I have no problem with the buckle, my 8 year old daughter can do it, (and she loves my bag too). SO glad I baught it!
