This bag stated that it has multiple storage sections/pockets. That was one of the reasons I bought this bag. I mainly needed it for school. It does hold all my school books, also easily fits my laptop. The problem here is that it doesn't have the pockets it advertises.
Detailed description: This is a very large bag with two inside compartments. The one toward the back is that padded section meant for your laptop (or you can use it to easily fit a fairly large 3 ring binder like I did). The front section is just as big and deep and would easily hold a few moderate-sized textbooks. Inside there is a small zipper that opens to a very small, shallow zipper compartment that you can use to store a couple pens and your car keys. On the outside of the front, under the front flap, there are two shallow sideways facing pockets that are completely useless as anything you put in them falls out. Also, on both sides of the bag there are slots where you would think you could fit a water bottle - I tried to fit a standard size (small) water bottle and couldn't get the bottle into it.
This bag is beautiful to look at and is a good bag if you really only plan to use it as a laptop bag, but don't expect much else. It doesn't have useful extra pockets. I will use this bag separately as a laptop bag only and will be looking for a bag with more useful pockets for school.
I felt it was important to post a review of this bag so that buyers would know exactly what they are getting when they put out the money required. I also am posting detailed pictures that might help you make your decision.
