Not What I Expected

I bought this in the blue after looking at it online for ages. When I finally ordered it, I couldn't wait for it to be delivered. What a disappointment! I have a couple of other Gustto bags and love them. This one just doesn't work. The design seems to have been created by scraping away the leather (suede), leaving the plain parts looking like a pair of old jeans. At this price point I expect higher quality in a bag. I sent it back.
