  for a subway and bus rider in nyc we need bags with long stripes to go over the head and be safe, so no one can snatch it! from the picture and info. that said "shoulder bag" i tought that it had longer stripe. if i wear a winter coat the bag will not stand on my shoulder, will slide down, even now i have a hard time holding it on my shoulder. inside lining should be a thicker material to separate the compartments - the 2 sides of the bag. so its ok but not what i expected, and i am stuck with 3 of them!

  I just got my purse arrived rather quickly, sooner than expected...Ordered the lt brown..the color is as described nice shade better than the picture...the purse is well made of soft leather. picture showed sort of two shades, but it is one solid color. * front has one good size pocket w/velcro in the middle plus two pockets under the flap a medium one and a small zipper compartment for very small items., back has two pockets one lge one like in the front w/velcro, and one w/a zipper, room in the zipper is a bet smaller than I expected but works for a few small items o * it has a very roomy side pocket that is wide and deep perfect for my eyeglasses case *two main zippered main compartments one has a good size zippered area plus a place to slide 3 credit cards or ids. The other has a a very small open compartment, perfect for my car key/remote control...the main compartments are roomy but the openings are tight so that you need to slide things toward the corners. the inside is nicely lined w/a soft light material.. NOW why only 4 stars??/ because the size given are not correct...the purse is ONLY 8 inches tall if you really stretched might be 8 1/8, the width of the main compartment is ONLY 11 inches, if you really stretch the side pocket you might make it to ONLY 11 3/4 the depth of the main compartments after you filled it stretches to almost 5 inches . I am a bet concerned about the handles handling the use...but they seem to be very well seamed I will let you know if they survive; a shoulder strap would had been great for extra support...yes I would recommend it, but Im a bet disappointed bc for my lifestyle, I do need the extra inches they described. but since it is made of nice soft leather it migh stretch enough. Im impressed with the purse it looks classy and the price for this quality is great ...but I will not order another one, bc I do need a bet bigger one...will use it for sure, but will continue to look for a bet bigger one

  Good size, looks as represented. Leather is soft, and many, many pockets are useful.
  However, the outside pockets close with Velcro- a magnetic closure would have been a nicer touch.

  The bag is as advertised but in two months my wife had to throw it away. The straps began bursting from the bag and the velcro closures are bursting away from the bag as well. It is the worst item I have purchased on amazon.

• Handles Guaranteed 30 Days Or Less

  In less than one month of usage, one of the straps is ripping. I probably have 1 - 2 weeks before it completely disconnects from the purse. Fantastic design with pockets, compartments and overall size, but too cheap on the straps/handles. Very disappointed with this purchase due to the quality (or lack of) in the straps.

  seams are becoming undone.

  This product works well to keep all your items organized. I no longer fight to find the keys or the cell phone. When I open my purse the objects stay inside instead of falling out. The color allows it to be used with a variety of clothing.
  

• A Bag for Most Non-formal Occasions

  This is a very sturdy and versatile handbag suitable for work and afterwork functions. The size is just right and coupled with the number of compartments it is difficult for things to get lost in the bag. Unlike the larger handbags that invies clutter and causes some frustrations in locating small items when they fall to the bottom of the bag, this bag encourges organization. The double straps provides good support and since leather is durable one needs to have straps that are also long-lasting. I bought this as a replacement for my single strap LAND bag which I have been using for the past seven years and to which I have become very attached. I am sure that this bag will in time become an attachment as soon as my LAND bag becomes non-functional. A great bag at reasonable price.

  I bought the red one for my wife and she loved it! She's happy because this is the first handbag she has owned that fits her cell phone, wallet, checkbook, and a ton of other stuff that she usually has to cram in her other handbags. This one still has room for more. Will buy again in different color.
