  • Netbook Soft Case

I have a Samsung NP-N510, it's roughly 12" by 8.5" and it fits perfectly fine. The big and small pocket both have a zipper, the small pocket is enough to fit my charger and a small mouse which is all I wanted. If you need to carry around more things like an external HD and or mouse pad it's possible but it will be snug. I cannot comment on life span since I just got it, but it feels like a good quality product and the handles are a very nice bonus.

  • Perfect for my Asus 1201N, too

I bought this sleeve two weeks ago for my (12.1 inch) Asus 1201N, mainly because of the previous reviews from R. Young and Dingo. That's exactly what we like Amazon for, isn't it - to know that a product fits to another one we already own.

What should I say: The sleeve is perfect for my needs, keeps the netbook clean and safe, good quality, nice look and feel, and it is great to have the handles - love it!

  • Perfect for my Asus 1201N

My Asus 1201N fits perfectly inside this Caselogic LNEO-12 sleeve. The zipper closes easily around the netbook without stretching, yet the PC is secure and doesn't move around inside the sleeve. There's a lip of neoprene between the PC and the zipper, so there should be minimal chance of scratching unless your PC is oversized for the case (see my customer image).

Side pocket is great for storing the power adapter, although doing so gives the case a bulged, lumpy look. Handles are sturdy and overall the case has a well-made feel to it. The case had a fairly strong rubber odor when it arrived, but that's probably common for any neoprene product shipped in a sealed plastic bag. The smell is mostly gone after a week, but I had to set the case aside for a few days to let it air out. All told, I'm very happy with this case.

  • Best so far for Acer 1410T 11.6 Notebook

I tried thee different laptop sleeve/cases after buying my Acer Aspire 1410T. All of them were neoprene, all had exterior pockets.

The Mobile Edge was more or less the same size as this one but the external pocket was smaller, so it could barely hold the power cord plus an external mouse. Mobile Edge MESSU1-10 10/11.6-Inch Ultraportable Neoprene Sleeves for Netbooks (Black)

The Kroo sleeve was sized more generously, but it had no handles, and it quickly became clear to me I need handles! The Kroo, if it had handles, would have been my top choice. This link shows the 10" one--I bought my 12" elsewhere. Kroo ASUS Eee Glove Series Notebook Computer Sleeve with Side Pocket - Black (10947)

So for me this is the best of the three--it has cushioned, comfortable handles, a generous outside pocket, and it's nice looking. I wish it had exterior pockets on both sides--hence 4 instead of 5 stars.

  • Netbook Sleeve

This product is well made and sturdy but does not allow the room I need to store accessories. When accessories are stored in the side pouch, they bulge out and look unsightly. Keep in mind when ordering this product that it is a netbook sleeve -- not a carry case with room for accessories.

  • Fits Lenovo x100e Perfectly!

Posted by: Gilberto Galea August 27,2010

    I have a 11.6" Lenovo x100e, with a 6-cell battery bump. Dimensions including the battery are 11.1 x 8.2 x 1.2.

This baby Thinkpad that Lenovo refuses to call a netbook, is too big for a 10.1" netbook sleeve, and too small for most regular notebook sleeves. It's in that nether-land between notebook and netbook sizes. The Lenovo branded sleeve is expensive, and too thin by some descriptions.

I checked out sleeves from Targus, Belkin, Built, Kroo, Fellowes, Body Glove, Kensington. I already own several Case Logic neoprene bags and I love the high-quality build of their products. The sleeve fits like it was made for the x100e, neither loose nor tight.

This case met all my criteria:

    - Neoprene. I didn't want polyester.
    - Slim form factor. It will sometimes be put inside a larger bag. I wanted just a sleeve, nothing bulky, and no foam padding.
    - Conservative business-like color. I did not want a fashion statement. The black outside is unobtrusive. The red lining adds a little zing.
    - Comfortable handles. Other styles have chintzy nylon handles, or none at all.
    - Sturdy zippers and zipper pulls. I thought the front pocket had two side zippers, like a kangaroo pocket, but it's just the one zipper, which is fine.
    - Room for a power cord and maybe a slim mouse. Like others have mentioned, after loading the pocket, it looks a tad bumpy. I prefer the outer pocket design over other cases with inner mesh pockets.

Some complained about the smell. Mine came in a cardboard sleeve inside a shipping box, and the case does smell. For me, the chemical smell of a new neoprene wetsuit is like the fragrance of a new car interior! I hope the smell never dissipates!

This Netbook Sleeve is perfect for my 12.1 Netbook. I bought this sleeve because of the previous reviewer, R.Young. And they were so right, the external HD, and mouse fit perfect in the outter zipper pocket. It's sturdy, and I feel my Netbook is safe with the cushion of this sleeve.

I used this case to hold my HP Mini 311 11.6 inch. It holds the computer perfectly, and keeps my netbook clean and safe from harm. Love it!

  • fits perfectly

This netbook sleave fits perfectly with what I was looking for, simple, light and well made. I bought an Acer AS1410, I think it's 11.9" screen, and it fits perfectly in a nice smooth red layer of neoprene inside, rugged, smooth zipper. The vertically zipping side pocket fits the power cord and transformer, and my wireless mouse. This makes the whole thing look a little bulky, but the rugged construction and neoprene can definitely handle the stretch. There are only the 2 pockets, netbook and accessories, and there are no small sewn in pockets for memory sticks, pens, or anything, but this is OK with me since the pocket on top can hold most of that stuff. I bought this ~month ago and love it. Overall, for the price, it can't be beat.

  • Well made and functional.

Only beef is that to zip it up and not scratch my 1201N netbook you have to stretch it a little. Overall solid construction and practical.
